The policy in fullEverywhere else on this site we write by ingredient, because there is a bottle and the chemistry inside it is the thing worth explaining. A handful of subjects have no bottle. What decides the result is the person holding the needle and the assessment they did beforehand, so these reports are written about practitioners, procedures and risk instead.
